Concert Choir (Fall)

Concert Choir is for everyone who loves to sing and create music! The MPE Concert Choir is comprised of students from 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade.  We rehearse on Wednesdays from after school until 3:20.  Our performance occurs at the December Family Fun Night, and we typically sing a mixture of holiday songs and occasionally other popular songs.

Mabel Padgett Honor Choir (Spring)

Do you want to work on middle school vocal skills, and sing more challenging music?  Then you would be a great fit for our Honor Choir!  This choir is open to 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders who are serious about developing their singing technique and preparing for middle school choir.  In the past, we have performed music from Broadway and movies, and middle school choir repertoire.  We typically sing at the Spring Family Fun Night, but we have performed at other events in the past as well, including the LESD Centennial Celebration and District Honor Choir.  We rehearse on Wednesdays, from after school until 3:20.
